Colliers Reports Robust Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2024 Results, Provides 2025 Outlook

Colliers International Group Inc. announced strong operating and financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2024. Fourth-quarter revenues reached $1.50 billion, up 22% year-over-year, with adjusted EBITDA increasing 14% to $225.3 million and adjusted EPS rising 13% to $2.26.

For the full year 2024, revenues were $4.82 billion, up 11%, while adjusted EBITDA grew 8% to $644.2 million and adjusted EPS increased to $5.75. The Engineering segment was a key driver, with Q4 revenues surging 61% to $421.4 million, and full-year revenues up 25% to $1.24 billion.

Real Estate Services revenues in Q4 grew 12% to $943.5 million, led by a 23% rebound in Capital Markets activity. Investment Management revenues increased 6% to $136.6 million in Q4, with AUM reaching $98.9 billion at year-end. For 2025, Colliers projects high single-digit to low-teens percentage revenue growth and low-teens adjusted EBITDA and adjusted EPS growth.
