CI&T has partnered with Natura, Brazil’s largest multinational cosmetics company, to leverage artificial intelligence in building a more inclusive and efficient digital environment. This initiative aims to positively impact up to 1.8 million Natura and Avon Beauty Consultants.

The collaboration focuses on enhancing user experience and diversity, offering more intuitive and accessible digital journeys tailored to varying navigation needs. Over 60 product, technology, and design experts from both companies contributed to this inclusive digital transformation.

CI&T's proprietary GenAI platform, CI&T Flow, plays a crucial role by utilizing AI to assess digital interfaces against international Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and A11Y best practices. This allows for the identification of less obvious barriers and real-time suggestions for improvements, automating recurring checks on digital platforms.
