CI&T delivered strong financial results for the second quarter of 2025, reporting revenue of $117.2 million, which represents organic growth of 12.3% at constant currency. This marks the third consecutive quarter of double-digit organic growth at constant currency, reflecting the strength of its strategy.

The company achieved an adjusted EBITDA margin of 18.4% in Q2 2025, a sequential improvement from the first quarter, with an adjusted profit margin of 10.4%. Regional performance highlights include a 26% year-over-year revenue increase in Latin America and a solid 7% growth in North America.

CI&T's 'land and expand' strategy is evident as revenue from its top 10 clients grew by 12% in Q2 2025, and the high-potential client cohort (generating $5 million to $10 million in revenue) expanded from 11 to 15 clients. For the first half of 2025, cash generated from operating activities amounted to $33.7 million, achieving an 82% cash conversion from adjusted EBITDA.

Driven by consistent performance and strong commercial momentum, CI&T has narrowed its range and raised the lower bound of its full-year 2025 organic revenue growth guidance to between 10.5% and 15%, with a midpoint of 12.75%. The adjusted EBITDA margin guidance is maintained at 18% to 20%, with Q3 2025 net revenue expected to be at least $124.4 million, representing at least 10.5% growth at constant currency.
