CISO Global, Inc. has entered into a partnership with TeleDental.com and DentalChat.com to offer its CyberSimple® platform, powered by CHECKLIGHT®, to dental practices across the United States. The collaboration will make the AI‑driven cybersecurity and financial protection solution available to more than 358 dental clinics immediately, with plans to scale across the U.S. dental market.

CyberSimple® delivers continuous threat detection, incident response, and HIPAA‑compliant breach mitigation, and it is backed by a financial protection warranty that covers up to $1.5 million in ransomware recovery, data‑breach costs, and business‑interruption expenses. The solution’s AI engine continuously monitors endpoints, identifies anomalous activity, and automatically initiates containment protocols, giving dental clinics a turnkey defense against modern cyber threats.

By channeling the solution through TeleDental’s and DentalChat’s established virtual‑care platforms, CISO Global gains a ready distribution network into a fragmented industry that hosts roughly 190,000 practices. The partnership immediately places the product in 358 clinics and positions the company to capture a niche segment that represents an estimated $350 million annual addressable market, assuming an average of five protected endpoints per practice.

CISO Global’s recent financial performance has been challenging, with declining revenue and significant net losses in the last reporting period. The partnership is therefore framed as a new revenue stream that could accelerate the firm’s path to profitability, but the company’s current financial health suggests that the impact will be incremental and contingent on successful scaling and customer adoption.

Rob Hegedus, CHECKLIGHT® Program Manager at CISO Global, said, “Dental clinics handle highly sensitive data but often lack the resources to defend against modern cyber threats. This collaboration delivers meaningful cyber protection and financial coverage in a solution that is simple to deploy, easy to manage, and scalable across thousands of dental practices.”

The partnership represents a strategic move to enter an underserved market segment with a tailored, AI‑powered solution. While the deal expands CISO Global’s market reach and offers a differentiated financial protection layer, the company’s ongoing financial challenges mean that the partnership’s contribution to profitability will depend on rapid adoption, effective channel execution, and the ability to maintain cost discipline as the solution scales.
