The company reported a non-GAAP operating loss of RMB42.5 million (US$5.8 million) in Q4 2024, an improvement from RMB49.1 million in the same period last year and RMB60.5 million in the previous quarter. This marks the first quarter since Q4 2022 where non-GAAP operating losses were reduced on a year-over-year basis. Operating activities generated RMB283.0 million (US$38.8 million) in cash flow during the quarter.
For the full fiscal year 2024, total revenues grew by 20.5% year-over-year to RMB806.9 million (US$110.5 million), with gross profit increasing 24.6% to RMB545.2 million (US$74.7 million). Non-GAAP net loss attributable to shareholders improved to RMB412.1 million (US$56.5 million) in 2024 from RMB564.9 million in 2023. Management emphasized the upcoming launch of AgentOS, a next-generation voice interaction system for service robots, and reiterated the goal to become a top 3 global service robot provider within three years.
