Cummins Inc. announced the appointment of Nicole Y. Lamb-Hale as Chief Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary, effective June 1. She will succeed Sharon Barner, who is retiring on May 31.
Lamb-Hale joined Cummins in 2021 as Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, adding Corporate Secretary to her responsibilities in 2023. She has been a valued member of the Cummins Leadership Team, providing legal counsel on complex trade and regulatory matters and transactions.
Her prior experience includes leading the acquisition of Meritor, the spin-off of Cummins' Filtration Business, and the formation of its battery cell joint venture, Amplify Cell Technologies. In her new role, Lamb-Hale will lead global functions such as risk management, ethics and compliance, government relations, and corporate responsibility, while continuing to advise the Board of Directors on corporate governance.
