CNH Industrial unveiled its FLEETPRO aftermarket line‑up at the Agritechnica 2025 trade show in Hanover on November 9, 2025, offering certified spare parts, consumables, and precision‑farming kits for legacy Case IH, New Holland and STEYR equipment.

The FLEETPRO portfolio includes 10‑inch and 12‑inch displays, hydraulic and assisted‑steering options, and is fully compatible with all CNH models. The kits, developed in partnership with CHC Navigation, integrate with CNH’s FieldOps digital platform, enabling real‑time monitoring and data collection for farmers who still operate older machinery.

This launch is part of CNH’s broader strategy to achieve a double‑digit increase in aftermarket services revenue by 2026. By providing a reliable source of replacement components and connected‑farm solutions, CNH aims to deepen dealer relationships across EMEA, extend the lifecycle of its machines, and generate recurring revenue that complements core equipment sales.

CNH’s Q3 2025 results underscored the urgency of this strategy. Consolidated revenue fell 5% YoY to $4.40 billion, and net income dropped to $67 million from $310 million in Q3 2024. Earnings per share of $0.08 missed consensus estimates of $0.13, prompting the company to lower its full‑year 2025 guidance to $0.44–$0.50 EPS. The earnings miss reflected weaker demand in the agricultural and construction sectors, higher input costs, and the impact of tariff uncertainties.

CEO Gerrit Marx said CNH is taking “decisive actions to navigate near‑term headwinds” by maintaining disciplined production, reducing channel inventories, and investing in technology. The FLEETPRO launch is a concrete step toward creating a recurring revenue stream and enhancing customer loyalty, aligning with the company’s focus on technology and service.

Investors reacted negatively to the earnings miss and guidance revision, signaling concerns about CNH’s near‑term profitability and the pace of recovery. The FLEETPRO initiative, while strategically important, was viewed as insufficient to offset the broader market headwinds at this time.

The FLEETPRO line‑up positions CNH to capture a growing aftermarket market for legacy equipment, but the company must continue to address macro challenges and deliver on its guidance to regain confidence in its long‑term growth prospects.
