Gavin Swartzman is set to join Christie's International Real Estate as President next month, as announced on May 20, 2025. Swartzman will be responsible for overseeing the global expansion and strategic direction of the luxury real estate network, which currently includes over 100 member-firms in more than 50 countries and territories.
Swartzman brings extensive experience, having previously served as CEO of Peerage Realty Partners, which was ranked as the 10th largest real estate company in America in 2024. He is also recognized as one of the industry’s 50 most influential leaders in the 2025 Swanepoel Power 200 report.
His appointment is expected to further accelerate the growth trajectory of Christie's International Real Estate, which came under Compass ownership in early 2025. Swartzman's background in finance, franchise development, mergers and acquisitions, and asset management positions him to drive significant value for the brand.
