Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P. announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2024 on February 20, 2025. For Q4 2024, revenues were $2,460 million, an 8% decrease from $2,686 million in Q4 2023, while net income decreased by 31% to $623 million, primarily due to unfavorable changes in the fair value of derivative instruments.
Full year 2024 revenues totaled $8,704 million, a 10% decrease from $9,664 million in 2023, and full year net income was $2,510 million, down 41% from $4,254 million in 2023, also largely due to derivative fair value changes. Full year Adjusted EBITDA saw a slight decrease of 1% to $3,574 million, with LNG exported volumes increasing by 2% to 1,567 TBtu.
The company introduced full year 2025 distribution guidance of $3.25 to $3.35 per unit, reconfirming its commitment to unitholder returns.
