Corebridge Real Estate Investors, in partnership with Equus Capital Partners, announced the sale of a 2.7 million square foot portfolio of industrial real estate in Raleigh-Durham to Town Lane. The portfolio comprises 55 buildings across six industrial parks and includes nearly 40 acres of land available for future industrial development.
Doug Tymins, CEO of Corebridge Real Estate Investors, expressed satisfaction with the results of their business plan execution for the portfolio. This included significant investments in property enhancements and driving rent growth through over 2 million square feet of new, renewal, and expansion leases.
This transaction demonstrates Corebridge's commitment to actively managing its investment portfolio and monetizing high-quality assets in growth markets. Corebridge Real Estate Investors manages a portfolio of approximately 40 million square feet with over $9 billion in assets under management as of December 31, 2024.
