CRH Ventures has invested in Citylogix, a North American leader in AI‑powered pavement condition assessments and enterprise asset management software. The partnership expands Citylogix’s platform, which serves more than 450 government entities and employs 41 people.

Citylogix, founded in 2015, uses LiDAR, high‑definition cameras, and machine learning to create digital twins of roadways. The collaboration will accelerate the development of digital twins and enhance data‑driven maintenance planning for municipalities and infrastructure stakeholders.

The investment aligns with CRH’s connected portfolio strategy and its focus on sustainable infrastructure. By leveraging CRH’s global reach and infrastructure expertise, Citylogix can scale its technology and deepen its presence in North America, while CRH gains a foothold in the growing software‑as‑a‑service market for road asset management.

CRH’s recent financial performance underscores the strategic fit. In Q3 2025, the company reported revenue of $11.1 billion, net income of $1.5 billion, and adjusted EBITDA of $2.7 billion, all up year‑over‑year. The company guided full‑year adjusted EBITDA to $7.6‑$7.7 billion, reflecting confidence in continued growth and margin expansion.

Market reaction to the announcement was positive. CRH’s ADR reached an all‑time high of $129.29 on January 7, 2026, and Jefferies reiterated a “Buy” rating, citing the company’s strong fundamentals and the strategic value of the Citylogix investment.

Eduardo Gomez, head of CRH Ventures, said the partnership “supports CRH’s commitment to deliver smarter, more sustainable infrastructure solutions.” Jon‑Erik Dillon, CEO of Citylogix, added that the collaboration will “enable us to scale our technology and better serve cities and towns as they modernize their road networks.”

The deal positions CRH to capitalize on the growing demand for digital infrastructure solutions, while Citylogix gains access to CRH’s capital, expertise, and global customer base. Together, they aim to extend asset life, reduce maintenance costs, and accelerate the transition to sustainable road networks.
