Salesforce announced on Wednesday that it will invest $1 billion in Mexico over the next five years to expand its operations and accelerate artificial intelligence adoption across the region.
The investment will establish a new global hub that will provide multilingual consulting services in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, supporting clients throughout the Americas with Salesforce’s Agentforce platform.
The move is part of Salesforce’s broader strategy to grow its Data Cloud and Agentforce capabilities, positioning the company to capture increased demand for AI‑enabled customer experience solutions in emerging markets.
