Salesforce announced on December 10, 2025 that it has deployed its Agentforce 360 platform at DeVry University, a higher‑education institution that serves more than 32,000 learners across its U.S. campuses and online programs.
The deployment marks the next phase in a 15‑year partnership that began in 2005, when DeVry first adopted Salesforce’s core CRM products. By integrating Agentforce 360 with its Data 360 hyperscale data engine, DeVry will be able to deliver 24/7 personalized student support through AI agents that can answer questions, schedule advising appointments, and recommend resources in real time.
For Salesforce, the move underscores its strategy to embed AI agents across its product suite and to position the Education Cloud as a leader in the rapidly growing market for AI‑enabled student services. The deployment demonstrates the practical value of Agentforce 360’s ability to combine human and machine intelligence, and it signals to other institutions that Salesforce’s AI platform can scale to large, diverse learner populations.
For DeVry, the new system addresses the needs of its predominantly adult learner base—about 83 % of students are over 25, half are parents, and 100 % hold full‑time jobs. The AI‑powered support will free advisors to focus on career‑skill development while ensuring that students receive timely assistance outside traditional business hours.
