Critical Metals Corp announced on August 26, 2025, that it has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) for a 10-year off-take agreement with Ucore Rare Metals Inc., a leader in rare and critical metal resources and processing technologies. Ucore operates a U.S. Department of Defense-funded processing facility in Louisiana.

Under the terms of this multi-year arrangement, Critical Metals Corp expects to supply up to 10,000 metric tons annually of heavy rare earth concentrate from its Tanbreez Project. This volume represents approximately 10% of the project’s initial projected production.

This strategic partnership provides Critical Metals Corp with its first buyer and the flexibility to supply other U.S.-based rare earth facilities, given the immense size of the Tanbreez deposit. The agreement is a key step in reducing U.S. reliance on foreign sources for heavy rare earths and positions Tanbreez as a strategically important asset for Western supply chains and national security.
