CareView Communications Forms Strategic Partnership with MedPro to Expand Market Reach

CareView Communications announced a strategic partnership with MedPro Associates, a national sales organization that specializes in healthcare technology solutions. The deal combines CareView’s virtual nursing and virtual sitter platforms with MedPro’s sales network to accelerate adoption of CareView’s technology across hospitals nationwide.

Under the agreement, MedPro will deploy its 50‑plus sales representatives to promote CareView’s patient‑safety and virtual‑care solutions, while CareView will supply its software bundle and hardware products. The partnership is expected to broaden CareView’s customer base, enhance engagement, and drive adoption of emerging innovations such as AI‑enabled observation solutions.

The partnership comes as CareView continues to navigate significant debt and liquidity challenges. The company’s 2024 revenue was $4.177 million for the six months ended June 30, 2024, and grew to $4.618 million in the same period of 2025, a 10.5 % increase that signals improving demand for its core offerings. The new sales channel is intended to accelerate revenue growth and offset the company’s ongoing liquidity pressures.

Management highlighted the strategic fit in a statement. Sandra McRee, CareView’s COO, said the partnership “aligns with our mission to make high‑quality, technology‑enabled care accessible and scalable for hospitals nationwide.” Bill Sparks, MedPro CEO, added that MedPro is “thrilled to partner with CareView to represent their virtual nursing and virtual sitter solutions,” underscoring confidence in the product portfolio.

Analysts noted that the partnership addresses a key headwind—limited sales capacity—while tapping a tailwind of growing demand for virtual care driven by nursing shortages. The deal positions CareView to capture a larger share of the projected $14 billion remote patient monitoring market, which is expected to grow at 18.9 % CAGR through 2034.
