Consolidated Water Co. Ltd. (NASDAQ: CWCO) announced on October 6, 2025 that it has appointed three new independent directors—Kim Adamson, Maria Elena Giner, and Gerónimo Gutiérrez Fernández—effective October 1, 2025.
Ms. Adamson brings nearly 30 years of water‑industry experience, including ten years as a general manager of public water utilities and leadership roles at Brown and Caldwell, Kiewit Infrastructure Group, and Algonquin Power and Utilities Corporation. She holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
Dr. Giner, a former U.S. Section Commissioner of the International Boundary and Water Commission, has more than 35 years of executive experience in water infrastructure, capital planning, and environmental policy, and holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy and a Master of Business Administration. Mr. Gutiérrez Fernández, Managing Partner of BEEL Infrastructure, has a background in infrastructure financing and served as Mexico’s ambassador to the United States, with a Master’s from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.
