DocGo Inc. announced the launch of Longitudinal Care Services in partnership with a California-based health plan, targeting 10,000 plan members who are under‑engaged in their care. The program will provide preventative care, chronic care management, and transitions of care services, and is expected to launch in Q4 2025.

The new service combines DocGo’s on‑site mobile clinicians with telehealth support, allowing clinicians to deliver care directly to patients’ homes while connected diagnostic equipment and virtual advanced practice providers oversee treatment. This hybrid model expands DocGo’s mobile health portfolio beyond emergency and transportation services into ongoing chronic care management.

The partnership signals a strategic pivot toward payer and provider verticals, moving away from crisis‑response contracts that have been volatile. DocGo aims to capture a new revenue stream by targeting under‑engaged members and strengthening its position as a comprehensive mobile health platform.

DocGo’s Q4 2024 results, released February 27 2025, showed a decline in revenue due to the wind‑down of migrant programs, but an increase in full‑year net income and adjusted EBITDA compared to 2023. The new partnership is part of the company’s strategy to build more stable revenue streams and to diversify beyond short‑term, high‑risk contracts.

DocGo has existing relationships with several health plans, including L.A. Care, Horizon Healthcare Services, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee, and the new collaboration represents an expansion of an existing customer relationship with the unnamed California health plan.
