Donaldson Company, Inc. announced on June 2, 2025, the appointment of Richard Lewis as Chief Operating Officer, effective August 1, 2025. In this new role, Mr. Lewis will be responsible for overseeing the company’s three segments, as well as its enterprise operations, supply chain, and corporate technology functions.
Mr. Lewis will continue to report to Tod Carpenter, Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer. He brings 23 years of experience with Donaldson, having previously served as President of the Life Sciences segment and Senior Vice President of Global Operations.
This appointment is a strategic move to strengthen the execution of Donaldson's overall strategy and drive value creation for stakeholders. Mr. Lewis's extensive background across various leadership positions within the company provides him with a deep understanding of its global portfolio and customer needs.
