Digi Power X Inc. (NASDAQ: DGXX) completed its first NVIDIA B200 GPU cluster at a Tier III data center in Alabama, marking a key milestone in the company’s transition from cryptocurrency mining to AI‑focused infrastructure. The cluster, built on the proprietary ARMS 200 modular platform, is designed to support up to 10,000 NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs and deliver 1 MW of compute capacity across multiple 256‑GPU pods.
The new cluster is the largest of its kind in the region, with each ARMS 200 pod configured for 256 B200/B300 GPUs and a 1‑MW power envelope. The modular design allows Digi Power X to scale the deployment in 1‑MW increments, enabling rapid expansion of AI‑compute capacity as demand grows.
NeoCloudz, the company’s GPU‑as‑a‑service platform, is slated to launch in Q1 2026. The service will provide on‑demand access to the B200 cluster for startups, enterprise AI teams, research institutions and developers, leveraging Super Micro hardware integrated into the ARMS architecture. The platform is positioned to capture high‑margin, predictable revenue streams that replace the volatile earnings from mining operations.
Digi Power X’s strategic pivot is underpinned by strong liquidity—approximately $97 million in cash, Bitcoin, Ethereum and deposits as of November 30 2025—and a 2027 target of 195 MW of operational capacity, 140 MW of which will be dedicated to AI compute. CEO Michel Amar emphasized that the ARMS 200 platform and NeoCloudz will “enable the company to deliver Tier 3 AI‑ready capacity equipped with the world’s most powerful GPUs for the generative‑AI era.”
Alec Amar, Digi Power X’s chief technology officer, added that the modular platform “provides a scalable, high‑density GPU environment that can be deployed in weeks rather than months, giving the company a competitive edge in a rapidly expanding market.”
Investors have responded positively to the announcement, citing the company’s strong liquidity, the scalability of the ARMS 200 platform, and the clear shift toward high‑margin AI services as key drivers of future growth.
