Digi Power X Inc. released a letter to shareholders from Chairman and CEO Michel Amar, detailing the company's corporate transformation from Digihost Technology Inc. to Digi Power X Inc. This rebranding reflects a strategic shift from solely blockchain infrastructure to a broader energy and AI infrastructure platform.

A significant development highlighted was the partnership with Super Micro Computer, Inc. (Nasdaq: SMCI) to build AI data center systems powered by NVIDIA’s B200 GPUs, which will be implemented at the Alabama data center facility. This collaboration will power the launch of the company's ARMS™ (AI-Ready Modular Solution) platform, a Tier 3-certified modular data center designed for dense AI and HPC workloads.

The ARMS 200, the company's flagship modular unit, is in final preparation for installation at the Tier 3 data center in Alabama. Digi Power X reported year-over-year revenue growth in its colocation and energy sales verticals, with a 64.5% revenue increase in Q1 2025 over the previous fiscal quarter. The company maintains a strong cash position with no long-term debt, and an interconnection load study for its New York site is expected to conclude soon, potentially creating new capacity.
