Cosa Resources Corp. announced on October 14, 2025, the identification of multiple high-priority follow-up drill targets at the Darby Project in the eastern Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan. These targets were identified through extensive historical drill core and data review at the Delta and Charlie trends.
Darby is a joint venture between Cosa, which operates the project and holds a 70% interest, and Denison Mines Corp., which holds a 30% interest. The project is located 10 kilometers west of Cameco's Cigar Lake Mine.
Historical drill hole DB-27 at the Delta trend intersected 0.13% U3O8 over 0.3 meters approximately 16 meters below the unconformity, with anomalous uranium in the overlying sandstone. Drill hole DB-09 at the Charlie trend showed continuously anomalous uranium over 42 meters in the basal sandstone. A winter 2026 drill program is planned for Darby and Murphy Lake North to test these targets.
