Denison Mines Appoints Ken Hartwick and Jinsu Baik to Board of Directors

Denison Mines Corp. announced on March 20, 2025, the appointment of Ken Hartwick, former CEO of Ontario Power Generation (OPG), to its Board of Directors. Mr. Hartwick brings over 40 years of experience in finance, investment, corporate leadership, and the energy sector.

During his nearly nine-year tenure at OPG, Mr. Hartwick oversaw the release of OPG's first Climate Change Plan, advanced Ontario's electrification efforts, and positioned OPG as a global leader in Small Modular Reactor (SMR) deployment. His expertise is expected to bolster the Board's nuclear industry and commercial knowledge.

Additionally, Mr. Jinsu Baik, General Manager of the Nuclear Fuel Cycle Management Section of Korea Hydro Nuclear Power (KHNP), was appointed to the Board, replacing Mr. Jong Ho Hong. Mr. Baik's appointment aligns with KHNP Canada Energy Ltd.'s right to nominate a director, further enhancing the Board's oversight during critical project execution and future uranium marketing.
