Foremost Clean Energy Ltd. announced on March 4, 2025, plans for an 8-hole, approximately 2,000-meter diamond drill program at its Hatchet Uranium Property. The program is expected to commence later in March and is fully funded and permitted.

Hatchet is a cornerstone project in Foremost's collaboration with Denison Mines Corp., where Foremost has an option to acquire a portion of Denison's interest. The 2025 program aims to expand known mineralization and test high-priority targets identified from the 2024 drill program, which highlighted uranium mineralization at the Richardson trend.

The advanced stage of the Hatchet project, with multiple high-priority targets, reduces the risk and cost associated with early-stage exploration. This continued exploration activity supports the potential for new uranium discoveries in the Athabasca Basin.
