Driven Brands Reports Strong First Quarter 2025 Results, Reaffirms Full-Year Outlook

Driven Brands Holdings Inc. announced its first-quarter 2025 financial results, reporting total net revenue of $516.2 million, an increase of 7% compared to the prior year. The company achieved its 17th consecutive quarter of same-store sales growth, with a 0.7% increase, and system-wide sales grew 2% to $1.5 billion.

Adjusted Net Income for the quarter was $44 million, or $0.27 per diluted share, an increase from $40 million in the prior year. Adjusted EBITDA grew 2% to $125 million, primarily driven by the Take 5 segment, which saw a 15% revenue surge to $293.4 million and 8.0% same-store sales growth, marking its 19th consecutive quarter of growth.

The International Car Wash segment also delivered strong performance with a 25% revenue increase and 26.2% same-store sales growth. Driven Brands reaffirmed its fiscal year 2025 outlook, projecting revenue between $2.05 billion and $2.15 billion, Adjusted EBITDA between $520 million and $550 million, and Adjusted Diluted EPS between $1.15 and $1.25.
