DXP Enterprises, Inc. announced the completion of its acquisition of APSCO, LLC, a leading manufacturer's representative of pumps, controls, and process equipment for the water and wastewater industry. APSCO, founded in 1986, is headquartered in Redmond, Washington, and services a broad Western U.S. region including Alaska, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming.
This acquisition, funded with cash from DXP's balance sheet, is expected to enhance DXP's product and aftermarket service capabilities within its DXP Water platform. The strategic addition of APSCO provides DXP with a meaningful presence in the Pacific Northwest and broader Western U.S. region, aligning with its focus on water and wastewater acquisitions.
For the last twelve months ending July 31, 2025, APSCO's sales and adjusted EBITDA were approximately $12.9 million and $1.5 million, respectively. DXP anticipates closing additional acquisitions in 2025 and continuing this growth trajectory into 2026, further scaling its business.
