Ecopetrol S.A.'s ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting, held on March 28, 2025, approved the company's 2024 Integrated Management Report and the audited individual and consolidated financial statements. Shareholders also approved the Board of Directors' report on the Code of Good Governance.
A key decision was the approval of an ordinary dividend of COP 214 per share for 2024 earnings. Minority shareholders are scheduled to receive this dividend in two equal installments on April 4 and April 29, 2025, while the majority shareholder's payment will be made in three installments by June 27, 2025.
The meeting also saw the election of the new Board of Directors for the 2025–2029 term, comprising nine members including four independent directors. Deloitte & Touche S.A.S. was appointed as the Statutory Auditor for fiscal years 2025 through 2028, with fees for 2025 set at COP 4,565,200,000 plus VAT.
