Euronet and PT Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara (Jalin) were awarded the "Best Retail Payment Technology Initiative in Asia Pacific" at the Asian Banker Global Financial Technology Innovation Awards 2025. This recognition highlights their groundbreaking efforts in modernizing Indonesia’s national payment infrastructure.
Jalin selected Euronet’s Ren Payments Platform to power a wide range of services for millions of Indonesians, including interbank ATM cash withdrawals, deposits, and interoperable Point-of-Sale and QR code transactions. A key achievement was the consolidation of the ATM networks of Indonesia’s four state-owned banks into a single nationwide platform, ATM Link, operated by Jalin and powered by Euronet’s software.
This initiative has resulted in over 4,500 ATMs operating under the ATM Link brand, replacing previously fragmented networks. The project supports Indonesia's accelerating shift toward digital payments, which saw transaction volume grow over 30% year-on-year in 2024, underscoring the need for robust and interoperable platforms like Ren.
