Eshallgo Inc. announced on July 7, 2025, that its wholly owned subsidiary, Shanghai ESHALLGO Enterprise Development (Group) Co., Ltd., entered into a nationwide strategic partnership agreement with Tianjin Photonetco Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. This agreement appoints EHGO as Photonetco's exclusive national strategic partner.
Under the agreement, Photonetco will provide EHGO with more than 10 custom-developed printer models, ranging from entry-level to enterprise-grade categories, and grant EHGO nationwide distribution rights for both hardware and consumables. EHGO will also gain access to Photonetco's comprehensive national after-sales service and maintenance network.
China's office printer market alone is valued at over USD 5 billion as of 2024, with the total addressable market exceeding USD 10 billion when including consumables and services. This partnership strengthens EHGO's ability to offer a differentiated and competitive office equipment portfolio to Chinese enterprises and government entities.
