Eshallgo Inc. announced on June 30, 2025, that its subsidiary, Shanghai Eshallgo Enterprise Development (Group) Co., Ltd., entered into a cooperation framework agreement on HP Smart Printing Services with Beijing Puyunte Technology Co., Ltd. This collaboration marks the official launch of a strategic partnership between solution partners of HP China and Eshallgo in the Chinese printing service sector.
The two parties will collaborate to develop innovative office solutions, with an aim to more than double Eshallgo's performance in the relevant market segments. Shanghai Lixin Office Equipment Co., Ltd., an Eshallgo subsidiary, has been a top-tier gold-level reseller, agent, and service provider for HP in the Chinese market.
Through this partnership, Puyunte will deliver a comprehensive suite of managed printing solutions to Eshallgo, including equipment installation, consumable supply, and maintenance support. A pilot program for the HP Smart Printing Service will launch in Guangdong Province, with plans for gradual expansion across Eshallgo's national branch network.
