On Veterans Day, November 12, 2024, The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) saluted all Veterans and military members for their service. The company highlighted its Veterans Employee Resource Group (ERG) and an enhanced U.S. Military Leave of Absence Policy.
The Veterans ERG members volunteer in support of local organizations, serve as role models, and mentor new ELC employees who are veterans. The enhanced military leave policy aims to ease the burden on employees and their families.
In commemoration of Veterans Day, ELC's Veterans ERG recognized the Fisher House Foundation as the FY'24 recipient of The Estée Lauder Companies' Community Impact Grant. This foundation provides acute, inpatient rehabilitative care to Veterans and active-duty service members.
