Enlight Renewable Energy announced on December 17, 2024, that its Atrisco Solar & Storage Project in New Mexico has achieved full commercial operations. The solar generation unit was commissioned earlier in the year, and the energy storage component has now completed its commercial operation date, bringing the entire complex online.

The Atrisco project, which includes 364 MW of solar capacity and 1.2 GWh of battery storage, is a significant asset in Enlight's U.S. portfolio. The project's final total cost, net of tax equity, has been reduced to $397 million, representing a $10 million savings compared to original estimates.

With full commercial operations, the Atrisco project is expected to generate $51-55 million in revenues and $41-45 million in EBITDA during its first full year of operation. This milestone contributes substantially to Enlight's growing U.S. revenue base and demonstrates the company's capability in executing large-scale integrated renewable energy projects.
