Edgewell Personal Care Company announced that Daniel Sullivan, Chief Operating Officer, will depart the company effective October 1, 2025. Concurrently, the company is amending its senior leadership structure to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
The role of Chief Operating Officer will not be replaced. Instead, Edgewell will implement a regional hub structure, with four distinct hubs—North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America—reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, alongside the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Supply Chain Officer.
This new organizational design is intended to create efficiencies, enhance accountability, and accelerate decision-making across all markets. CEO Rod Little stated that this move aims to create a more agile and responsive organization, better positioning the company for sustainable, long-term growth.
