Cody Cook, who joined Erie Insurance in 2003, previously held the role of senior vice president, Claims. His career at ERIE includes experience in actuarial science, personal lines product management, and predictive modeling.
Sarah Shine, who began her career with ERIE in 2000, most recently served as senior vice president, Experience & Customer Service. Her background includes actuarial analysis for personal and commercial lines, as well as commercial underwriting and regional sales leadership.
