Elastic N.V. announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year ended April 30, 2025. For Q4 FY25, total revenue reached $388 million, an increase of 16% year-over-year, with Elastic Cloud revenue growing 23% to $182 million. For the full fiscal year 2025, total revenue was $1.483 billion, up 17% year-over-year, and the non-GAAP operating margin improved to 15%.
The company reported a GAAP net loss of $16.38 million for Q4 FY25 and a full-year GAAP net loss of $108.1 million, compared to a net income of $61.7 million in FY24, primarily influenced by a deferred income tax benefit in the prior year. Elastic generated strong cash flow from operations, reaching $266.2 million for FY25, a significant increase from $148.8 million in FY24.
Looking ahead to fiscal year 2026, Elastic provided guidance for total revenue in the range of $1.655 billion to $1.670 billion, representing 12% year-over-year growth at the midpoint. This outlook incorporates assumptions about a dynamic macro environment, including potential sales cycle elongation and budget constraints in the U.S. public sector, and prudently assumes potential headwinds to consumption later in the year.
