EXL announced on August 11, 2025, the opening of its new headquarters for international business in Dublin’s Docklands, alongside the launch of a dedicated AI Innovation Lab. This expansion reinforces EXL’s commitment to Ireland as a strategic hub for its global operations and its goal of hiring up to 200 technology specialists.
The AI Innovation Lab will initially employ 60 highly skilled professionals, focusing on the research and development of cutting-edge, industry-specific AI solutions. The lab is designed to accelerate the development of AI-powered solutions, foster collaboration with academic institutions, and attract top AI talent.
This investment builds on EXL’s existing partnerships with Irish academic institutions such as University College Dublin (UCD), CeADAR, and Trinity College Dublin. These collaborations aim to drive the development of AI talent and promote real-world innovation in AI and digital transformation, further advancing EXL's leadership in the AI arena.
