FranklinCovey announced the retirement of its long-serving Chief Financial Officer, Stephen D. Young, effective May 1, 2025. Young served in the CFO role for 23 years and will continue to provide consulting services as a senior advisor during the transition period.
Jessica G. Betjemann has been named as the new Chief Financial Officer, also effective May 1, 2025. Betjemann brings over 30 years of experience to the role, having most recently served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Gogo, Inc. (NASDAQ: GOGO).
Betjemann's prior experience includes leading Gogo through an acquisition and a divestiture, as well as holding senior leadership roles in strategy and finance at Nokia, Alcatel-Lucent, and AT&T. This leadership change is expected to support FranklinCovey as it continues to build upon its financial foundation and pursue its strategic growth goals.
