Ferguson Enterprises Inc. announced the closing of four acquisitions during its fourth fiscal quarter, ending July 31, 2025. These include HPS Specialties, LLC, Ritchie Environmental Solutions, LLC, Manufactured Duct & Supply Company, and Water Resources, Inc.
HPS Specialties, which closed on June 16, gives Ferguson entry into mechanical room design and specification in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. Ritchie Environmental, closed on June 24, strengthens expertise in water and wastewater system design in Virginia.
Manufactured Duct & Supply Company, closed on July 21, enhances Ferguson's HVAC footprint in metro Atlanta. Water Resources, Inc., closed on July 28, expands Neptune distribution rights in the greater Chicago metro area.
These four acquisitions contributed to a total of nine acquisitions for fiscal year 2025, with aggregate annualized revenues of approximately $300 million. CEO Kevin Murphy stated that these acquisitions strengthen the company's ability to serve specialized professionals across six customer groups.
