Mr. Jao will serve as Chair of the Board’s Audit Committee and as a member of the Compensation Committee. His background includes leadership roles at Constant Contact, Inc., and founding Retention Science, an AI-powered personalization and marketing SaaS company.
The addition of Mr. Jao is expected to provide valuable insights to accelerate FIGS’ growth, particularly in digital and retention marketing and AI solutions. This appointment strengthens the Board's expertise as the company continues to execute its growth plans.
