Flowserve Corporation announced the results of its 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, where shareholders re-elected eight directors to the Board. David E. Roberts, after more than 13 years of dedicated service, including as Independent Chairman, did not stand for re-election. John L. Garrison, a board member for seven years, assumed the role of Independent Chairman. Shareholders also elected Ross B. Shuster as a new director to the board, with his term expiring at the 2026 Annual Meeting. Mr. Shuster is the CEO of Copeland and brings extensive experience in international operations and manufacturing. Scott Rowe, President and CEO, expressed confidence that the Board's strategic guidance will be invaluable in executing the company's growth strategy. In conjunction with the annual meeting, Flowserve's Board of Directors authorized a quarterly cash dividend of $0.21 per share on outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable on July 11, 2025, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 27, 2025. This maintains the company's consistent dividend payout.
