On October 15, 2025, LoanCare, a leading national mortgage subservicer and part of Fidelity National Financial, announced the launch of two new digital retention tools—Paid in Full Monitoring and RateTrak. The announcement was made “today” and is the first public disclosure of these features since the company’s previous updates. The new tools are integrated into LoanCare’s existing analytics platform and are available to clients immediately. Paid in Full Monitoring is a subscription service within LoanCare Analytics that tracks loans that have paid in full, identifies the reason for payoff—such as a sale or refinance—and provides a stratified view of retained loans by interest rate, payoff month, and state. By revealing where loans have gone after payoff, the service gives lenders a detailed picture of competitive risk and hidden opportunities to retain or re‑sell those loans. RateTrak is an interactive slider tool that allows homeowners to indicate a desired interest rate or reduced monthly payment goal they would like to achieve if rates decline. The tool alerts lenders to homeowners who are receptive to refinancing, enabling proactive outreach and targeted marketing. The feature is designed to help lenders capture refinance business before market conditions shift. The introduction of these tools strengthens LoanCare’s value proposition to its client base by providing deeper retention analytics and proactive homeowner engagement. For Fidelity National Financial, the enhancements support the subservicing arm’s revenue growth and portfolio protection, potentially translating into higher earnings and improved cash flow from the LoanCare business.
