JFrog Ltd. announced a significant milestone for its JFrog Artifactory, which now natively supports 40 unique package types, clients, and technologies. This achievement solidifies Artifactory's status as a gold standard for cloud-native artifact management, designed to ensure reliability, security, and performance across all DevOps pipelines. In the past year, JFrog augmented its robust native package support with nine additional technologies, including Ansible, Chocolatey, Hex, Machine Learning (JFrog Proprietary), NVIDIA NIM, OCI with Podman, ORAS, WASM-to-OCI, buildkit/buildctl support, OpenTofu, PowerShell, and Yarn. This expansion addresses the proliferation of software and new package types emerging with AI-integrated applications. Yoav Landman, Co-Founder and CTO, stated that this continued innovation allows developers to seamlessly manage the world’s most popular technologies from one secure and scalable platform. This capability helps organizations accelerate development cycles, ensure compliance, and allows teams to focus on complex challenges rather than logistical burdens.
