JFrog Reports Strong Q2 2025 Results, Raises Full-Year Guidance

JFrog Ltd. announced its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2025, reporting total revenue of $127.2 million. This represents a robust 23% increase year-over-year and surpassed analyst expectations. Cloud revenue was a significant driver of growth, surging 45% year-over-year to $57.1 million, and now accounts for 45% of total revenues. Revenue from Enterprise Plus subscriptions, JFrog's highest tier, also grew 36% year-over-year and now comprises 55% of total revenues. The company reported a non-GAAP operating profit of $19.4 million, yielding an operating margin of 15.2%, up from 13.2% in Q2 2024. Free cash flow for the quarter was $35.5 million, representing an impressive 28% margin. Based on this strong performance, JFrog raised its full-year 2025 revenue guidance to $507 million-$510 million, non-GAAP operating income to $75 million-$78 million, and non-GAAP diluted earnings per share to $0.68-$0.70.
