Primis Bank announced on June 26, 2025, that it has selected Lenders Cooperative's platform to power its small business lending operations. The platform will automate the entire workflow for the origination of both SBA and conventional commercial loans.
In addition to the technology platform, Primis Bank also signed on for Lenders Cooperative's Lender Service Provider (LSP) service. This service is designed to augment the bank's capacity for underwriting, processing, and closing loan applications, thereby increasing overall loan production.
This partnership reinforces Primis Bank's commitment to delivering efficient lending solutions and is expected to streamline its origination process, ensure regulatory compliance, and accelerate access to capital for small business clients. Primis Bank CEO Dennis Zember noted that this solution fills a gap by providing a single platform for both conventional and SBA loan products with expert support.
