The company previously consulted with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding the accounting for a third-party originated consumer loan portfolio. This consultation, completed on August 9, 2024, led management to revise the accounting for the agreement, which has been reflected in the 2022 and 2023 fiscal year results in the company's restated 2022 Form 10-K/A and 2023 Form 10-K.
