Federal Signal Corporation announced that Brenda L. Reichelderfer succeeded Dennis J. Martin as Chair of the Company's Board of Directors, effective April 22, 2025. This transition is a result of strategic, long-term succession planning efforts by the Board.
Mr. Martin, who served as Chair since January 2017 and as President and Chief Executive Officer from October 2010 to December 2015, will continue to serve on the Board as Chair Emeritus. Ms. Reichelderfer has been a member of the Board since October 2006 and served most recently as Lead Independent Director since April 2019.
Ms. Reichelderfer brings extensive experience, including serving on the Board of Directors of Moog Inc., a designer and manufacturer of precision motion and fluid control systems. Her appointment ensures continuity in leadership and leverages her deep understanding of the company and its strategic direction.
