FTC Solar, Inc. announced on October 23, 2024, that it will supply its 1P Pioneer trackers for approximately 1 gigawatt of projects for Sandhills Energy. This agreement encompasses three sites, including a 448-megawatt project in Burt County, Nebraska, a 320-megawatt project in Cass County, Nebraska, and a previously announced 225-megawatt project in Butler County, Nebraska.

The selection of FTC Solar was based on its innovative and differentiated 1P tracker technology, which offers benefits such as high-density design. Sandhills Energy highlighted FTC Solar's strong support for its objectives, noting the importance of these projects for Nebraska's renewable energy growth.

Tracker delivery for these projects is expected to commence in the third quarter of 2025 and continue into the fourth quarter of 2026. The aggregate value of these projects was previously included in the contracted portion of FTC Solar's backlog, as disclosed on August 8, 2024, reinforcing the company's future revenue visibility.
