Gauzy Ltd. announced on October 31, 2024, that it has added a second production shift at its facility in Lyon, France, to expand overall capacity and address strong global demand. This operational enhancement is a direct response to the continued robust interest in its vision and light control technologies.

The company provided preliminary unaudited revenue for the third quarter ended September 30, 2024, expecting a range of $23.0 million to $23.5 million, representing approximately 24% growth at the midpoint compared to $18.7 million in Q3 2023. For the fourth quarter of 2024, revenue is projected to be between $28 million and $34 million, indicating approximately 41% growth at the midpoint over $22.0 million in Q4 2023.

Gauzy noted that approximately $4 million of initially scheduled third-quarter shipments for its Aeronautics segment were limited by production capacity and are now expected to be delivered in the fourth quarter, with the remaining balance in 2025. The company's backlog continued to expand in October, reflecting sustained demand for its products.
