Gannett Co., Inc. announced on March 18, 2025, that Trisha Gosser will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. In this position, Gosser will lead the company’s finance functions, including investor relations, financial planning and analysis, and audit and compliance.
Gosser brings over 20 years of financial experience, with more than 15 years specifically in the media industry. Since joining Gannett in 2007, she has led teams across various financial disciplines and played a key role in strategic initiatives, including the merger of Gannett Co., Inc. and New Media Investment Group, Inc.
Most recently, Gosser served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer, overseeing financial and strategic planning, data and analytics, and investor relations. Her deep institutional knowledge and operational experience are expected to enable the finance organization to deliver value to stakeholders and support Gannett's ongoing transformation.
