Guess?, Inc. and its partner WHP Global announced a five-year licensee partnership with Signal Brands on March 13, 2025. This agreement aims to develop and expand rag & bone's handbags and small leather goods category.
Signal Brands has been a long-standing licensee partner for the GUESS brand since 1990. This new collaboration leverages Signal Brands' expertise, relationships with retailers, and global distribution network to accelerate rag & bone's growth in accessories.
Paul Marciano, GUESS co-founder and Chief Creative Officer, stated that this partnership is an essential part of the business from which rag & bone will benefit. The inaugural collection is scheduled to launch in Spring 2025.
