Expanse Studios, a subsidiary of Golden Matrix Group Inc. (GMGI), has entered into a new content distribution agreement with Synot Interactive, a European gaming aggregator, to supply its 56 proprietary slot and casino titles to Olybet across Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. The deal gives Expanse a direct channel to Olybet’s extensive retail and online network, which operates 142 casino properties and 90 sports‑bar venues in those four countries.

The agreement positions Expanse to deliver its full portfolio of games through Synot’s aggregation platform, streamlining the rollout process and reducing the time required to bring new titles to market. By leveraging Synot’s infrastructure, Expanse can reach Olybet’s customers in a single, coordinated operation, a strategy that aligns with the company’s broader goal of building redundant distribution channels across Europe.

For GMGI, the deal is a notable B2B win that could help offset the group’s recent financial challenges. In the last 12 months, GMGI reported revenue of $179.14 million and a net loss of $5.38 million, underscoring the importance of new licensing revenue streams. Expanse’s expansion into regulated markets such as Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania—where it already holds certifications—provides a foothold that could translate into incremental earnings over the coming quarters.

Synot Interactive’s role as an aggregator is critical; the platform integrates content from multiple providers and delivers it to operators like Olybet, enhancing the operator’s game library and competitive positioning. The partnership also strengthens Expanse’s stance against competitors such as Bragg Gaming, reinforcing its presence in the European iGaming ecosystem.

Damjan Stamenkovic, CEO of Expanse Studios, said the collaboration “leverages Synot’s efficient distribution infrastructure to reach established operators like Olybet across multiple European markets simultaneously, while expanding our certified game portfolio in key jurisdictions.” The deal is expected to boost Expanse’s licensing revenue and support GMGI’s long‑term growth strategy in regulated markets.
